I'm sorry that you endure pain in this life you call your own; I'm sorry that people don't filter what they say; I'm sorry he told you to go kill yourself; I'm sorry if you believed what she said. I'm sorry you decided to glide that blade across your wrist, in the hopes of forgetting what has happened; I'm sorry—I'm sorry that all I can say is "I'm sorry".

All we can say is "sorry", but why? Why are we sorry? Are we sorry about the fact that we didn't do anything? Are we sorry about the fact that we live in an overly sensitive, delicate, unrefined, uncultured world? Are we sorry that people no longer think, but just act? "Be careful of what you say because you can ruin somebody's day". No. Be careful of what you think, and what you accept in your thoughts, because if you ignore negative criticism that cannot help you in any way, shape, or form, then your day will be positive. However, if you choose to accept that criticism without a single thought and believe that you are what they (I) say you are, then your day is already ruined (maybe even your life).

If you're going to believe what everyone tells you, then w h o will you become? You will lose yourself entirely and become this robot or this clone of humanity. Stop feeling sorry and actually do something; stop hearing the words "I'm sorry" from every human being and start listening to yourself. "I'm sorry" never helped anyone, but you have the opportunity to.
